Watch D.O.G.S. is a nationally recognized program that is part of the Center for Fathering's Safe School Initiative.  The program is also endorsed by the National PTA and the U.S. Department of Education.  The purpose of the program is to increase the involvement of men in schools.  These dads, granddads, pastors, big brothers, etc. become positive male role models for students as well as the extra "eyes and ears" of the school.  They can participate in many ways including helping with drop-off/pick-up, lunch bunch, cafeteria monitoring, hallway monitoring, etc.  All the program asks is for each father to sign up for as little as one school day during the year.  Even though it's one day, the rewards are endless.
